Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Refund Policy at any time.

For Consultation

  • For Name correction service
    1. For online name correction service: No refund, since we normally process all orders on the same day
    2. For name correction service through telephone meeting/ video meeting/ in-person meeting:  100% refund of the booking amount if the booking is cancelled by us for any reason or if the meeting couldn’t be held due to technical issues at our end. 100% refund will be provided, less Rs.1000 cancellation fee if customer cancels the booking or does not attend the meeting at the appointed date and time.
    3. We normally do not entertain requests for rescheduling of appointments
  • For Premium Numerology services (Gold Pass & Corporate Pass)
      1. 100% refund of the booking amount if the booking is cancelled by us for any reason or if the meeting couldn’t be held due to technical issues at our end. 
      2. 100% refund will be provided, less Rs.1000 cancellation fee if customer cancels the booking or does not attend the meeting at the appointed date and time.
      3. We normally do not entertain requests for rescheduling of appointments

For Numerology Courses 

No refund shall be given on our courses, since course access is granted immediately after placing the order.

For Physical Products 

We do not accept any returns. However, if any of our products are received in defective condition by the customer, these will be replaced provided the request is made within 48 hours of receipt of the product by the customer. Request for replacement should be accompanied by unboxing video. Replacement requests without unboxing video will not be considered.  

We will refund you back in the following circumstances:

  1. If there is duplicate payment was made due to technical glitch, or any other error;
  2. If we make a refund as per the provision of our refund policy which is updated by us from time to time;
  3. If we consider the refund is necessary as per customer support staff as per our sole discretion.
  • HOW CAN I GET MY REFUND?

Our refund policies are simple. To claim a refund:

  1. Email us your refund request at support@drsrinivasan.com

If for any reason, our back-office staff confirm a refund, then the refund will be made accordingly.

  • UNETHICAL ORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of any booking/order made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes – the particular order/s will be canceled whatsoever and www.drsrinivasans.com will not be liable to pay any refund to you in all such cases.

  • REFUND CYCLE:

While refund requests are processed within a week, the refund process may take upto 15 working days from the date of confirmation of refund.
